Consider the main locations throughout your story - make some notes here about where they are, how far away from each other, how the characters get around etc.

Keeping a clear map in your head will help you avoid inconsistencies and plot holes as your characters move around.

Main Locations

My main locations are the prison, the warehouse (ten miles North) and the utopia (25 miles or so from the prison). The first third of the book takes place in the prison and it’s very central to the theme.
