Write an ode to something that others perceive as silly, but matters a lot to you.
An ode is a type of lyrical poem that typically addresses a particular subject in a positive and glorifying light.
Mine
I looked at it
It stared at me
Like a calling
This had happened too many times
In the car
In the dining room
Even in school
That one seat
That i would always have
If anyone tried to claim it
I would lose my temper
I dont know why
Im better now
Bit there’s always that voice in my head
When someone takes it
