He moved with the music. Not your regular "I want to dance to the beat" movement. Tom became an active participant in the song.

And not your regular pop/dance songs, either.

Tom would shake the whole car while listening to classical music. He became the conductor - and an animated conductor at that - making sure that section hit the beat or the other section of the orchestra played with passion.

And he wept.

Not at your regular heartbreak or emo songs, either.

He would cry at critical parts of musicals. The songs would move him to action.

Music was something to be experience, to be inspired by, to be felt, not heard.
