Angsty Teenage Girl

She walked into her room, the place she felt the most comfortable, her home. The color was pink, from when she was little and loved it, but now her parents didn't let her repaint it, so she was stuck with it. Band posters littered her walls, mainly of various rock bands. Over her bed she had a bulletin board with all of the concert tickets and posters she had gathered.

There was a small pile of dirty clothes next to her hamper, because she was too angsty and lazy to put them in, and a sock draped over her dresser. The dresser itself was covered in perfume bottles and little black marks from dropping her eyeliner once. Her bed had a bedspread from her childhood, but she didn't mind it as much as her walls.

She had a small closet, where her mother made her hang up all of her dresses. She preferred to stuff them into a dresser drawer and never look at them again, but her mother refused to let her "destroy her clothes."

Her room wasn't big, but she loved it, nonetheless. She studied, drew, slept, read, and sometimes just sat and listened to music in it. It really was her favorite place.
