How long do I have to wait here for a prince that seems like he's never going to come?! Ever since I turned 20, I have waited patiently for him each day, week, month, and year. I don't want to still be waiting for him when my hair is fully gray. I have things I want to do that are not going to get done in a tower. For example, go horseback riding, stroll through a beautiful garden, eat and spend time with my family, explore the vast lands... But I can't do that if I'm wasting away in this stupid tower!! I've had enough, it's time to take matters into my own hands!

As I look around the tower for ideas on how to get down from this tower, I set sights on my bed sheets and window curtains. Aha! As I gather them up in a pile and start knotting them together into a rope, I thank the heavens for my parents, who overprovides me with stuff I need. With my rope done, I set it aside near the window and go to prepare a bag of stuff that I might need on my journey back home. After all that is done, I securely fix the rope and slowly make my way down the tower. As soon as my feet touch the grass, I breathe a sigh of relief. With a strong, renewed resolve, I make a declaration. Wait for me, mom and dad. I will make it back home if it's the last thing I do!!
