The moon flower is undoubtedly a beautiful flower, although it only blooms at night under a bright full moon. Cecelia only ever seen them in paintings and drawings until now. The old path was guiding her somewhere, what did the moon want to show her? had she really answered her prayers? The flowers around her were emitting a glow from the pistil, bright enough to see the path, the edges of their white petals curled inwards to make it in a similar shape of a star. Moon flowers are few and far between but here there was so many. How did they get here? And why are they so perfectly lined up beside this path? She could feel them calling for her to continue, using her curiosity to their advantage. Up ahead she saw a clearing surround by the numerous trees, the glow started to intensify, revealing other luminescent flowers. Cecelia's curiosity only grew even more as she carefully stepped over the roots of the tall trees. As she stepped onto the grass, tiny fireflies danced around her making a smile appear on her face. Her expression soon fell into shock as she turned head the other way. A boy. A boy laid fast asleep in the middle of the clearing. Moon flowers perfectly planted and glowing around him.
