Amidst a mysterious and perplexing world, Where comprehension is elusive, On a cosmic scale where our individual journeys begin and end in solitude,
Each of us develops our own distinct personality as we navigate life's ups and downs, through love and hate, joy and sorrow, tranquility and anarchy, sorrow and anguish.
In the midst of all the mayhem, we tend to lose sight of our true selves, our place in the world, and the gifts we bring to the cosmos.
Growing up, I learned the importance of connecting with myself, my unique skillset, and my place in the world.
Yet, as I progress through life, I come to believe that every single person is essential to creating a whole world, That every single person has a purpose, and that every single person has a place in this vast universe.
With each step I take into this mysterious and foreboding world, Because there is no other option, I wished to discover in this shadow how to discover the light.
After being in the dark for a long time, it is hard to see the light.
Until one day I caught sight of a twinkle—what appeared to be a single star in the cosmos—and, as it drew nearer, I realized it was more beautiful than before; I desired that star.
The star's uniqueness only increased my desire for it; nevertheless, I have never before witnessed anything so extraordinary—and terrifying—all at the same time.
My mind starts to obsess, my body begins to tremble, and I find myself wondering: Can I manage this star? Does this even exist?
Afterwards, I rapidly came to the realization that rather than avoiding the star's beauty, one should draw nearer to it and embrace it because it is unique.
Its uniqueness is neither a virtue nor a defect; rather, it necessitates that I adapt.
Thus, for the first time in my life as a child, Despite my fears, I was compelled to offer my heart To a rare star, With the wish that it would shield it from harm instead of destroying it,
As I stroll through journey we call life, The harder it gets to contain my desires, The desires of wrath, greed, pride, and lust are all so relevant in our society,
When I reflect through my life, I’ve never been perfect, I’ve never wanted to be seen as perfect, But I have thought of some evil deeds,
These deeds circulate through my brain, but haven't came to action yet, These actions also make me question my life,
Who am I loyal too? How should I love in the proper way? How should I move throughout life?
As I want to strive to do the good things, I’ve also caused a lot of hurt,
I’ve lied to individuals, I’ve stolen from individuals, And have struggled with building connections with people.
I want to do right, But my desires overwhelm my mind to keep pishing me to do wrong.
I want to be understood, But people don't want to look to understand,
The truth of the matter is I haven't found myself, So I stroll through this journey empty in the inside Trying to find things to fill the void, It often feels as if I’m trapped within my body.
As I put my soul onto this paper, I hope someone hears my cries, As this is my confession, To trying to preserve my peace
The psychopath is staring into my eyes. The psychopath is filled with hurt and despair from dealing with pain in the real world. He’s looking at me like a shark that has found his prey in the ocean. It feels like I’m looking throughout the flashes in my life. As I'm thinking of ways to get out of this trapped box. The only thing I can think of is to preserve my life by speaking but, I have to act quickly.
When I look into your eyes, I see that you want to hurt me but I wouldn't understand why you would want to ever do such a thing. I have a family to lose and a purpose to fulfill to not only help myself but to help the world. Don't end my life as I haven't lived very long, the pain I’ve endured in life has yet not reap the rewards. I plead for your mercy as it's the only thing I can do trapped in a box, filled with my dark demises as it's only dark and I’m within a couple of feet between life or death. The flashes are going through my mind of everyone I’ve ever loved and hurt, of everything I’ve once done and accomplished, and of everyone I will miss. I beg of you to preserve my life as I have everything to lose. I understand that people have hurt you in your lifetime, to have left you to be in a world that is rather unforgiving and spiteful for your decisions can be hard but I understand your pain. So why would you want to hurt someone who understands what you are experiencing? Don’t hurt someone else for the hurt of others, especially those who have families and are trying to help do better in this world. Would you want my sons to grow up without a father figure? How about my daughters? How would it make my wife feel knowing that her husband got stripped away from her? Most importantly, is my life worth yours being thrown away? Don’t throw your life away for hurting my life, people are waiting to meet a person like you they just haven’t found you yet. So spare my life to protect my loved ones and preserve your freedom, as that’s what’s more important in your situation.
With streets lined with concrete roads and buildings reflecting the mayhem outside, The city's days are growing longer by the day, A growing and increasingly crowded metropolis,
This city's populace seems bewildered and disoriented. Entirely devoid of meaning, Without harmony or affection for one another, And experiencing diminished happiness or contentment with their material possessions
Driving carelessly, Honking resounds through these streets. As anger and pollution permeate the atmosphere, Amidst the din of people yelling insults at one another and the stifling aroma of gas filling the city's airwaves, By means of the students attempting to reach their respective schools, And various individuals making their way to various places of employment,
While the construction workers are working on the road, Applying more cement to roads we drive on, The signs on the street indicate for civilians to slow down in these areas, As it smells like cement and to follow it continues with the loudness of the drills
Despite the air pollution and gridlock caused by their trucks, the city's residents continue to get the food they need from the drivers who operate them.
The cashiers of stores, Assisting individuals at the local stores, Get the materials they need, Assisting the elderly move certain items, Employees fixing up the store's inventory, And customers beaming with joy after getting their hands on the things they needed.
Kids, the city's innocence preserved, Accompany their parents in the parks.
In this scene, we see kids acting like kids, ladies acting like women, and guys acting like men.
As the day continues, The cycle has repeated, Feels like a constant battle of survival, As if we are in a war everyday,
Amidst the ups and downs of this drama, I find solace in my city's anarchy, A city where good and evil coexist, Love and hate, joy and sadness, And finally, peace and chaos.
The hardships we endure along life's lengthy journey shape our morals and values. These are skills that we hone in the face of adversity and that require consistent use. What follows is a breakdown of skills that, when applied, greatly enhance one's ability to navigate life's challenges. Usually, it's not the person's capacity to understand the circumstance that hurts them, but rather the issue itself. Throughout the entirety of one's life, cultivating gratitude is the most essential trait to attain. "Gratitude" means having the capacity to be content with what one already has. Instead of viewing one's life through a pessimistic perspective, an individual who is able to cultivate a sense of contentment may advance further in their life. To overcome the challenging periods life may present, the individual simply needs to acknowledge that the situation is not as dire as they perceive it to be and that they are precisely where they should be. Remember that everything requires patience and perseverance; just be thankful that you have the opportunity to get up and keep fighting for what you want in life, whether it's a career, a sport, or a goal; whatever it is, just be grateful that you have the ability to keep going through the process. We all go through a process in life, which sometimes involves encountering obstacles. The purpose of these obstacles is not to cause us harm, but to fortify our weaknesses. As a result of this, we may experience pain, but in the long run, it will remove the pain from our bodies that was caused by some of our inner insecurities in a particular ability or situation. The practice of gratitude teaches the most essential lesson, which is comprehension. If a person is able to cultivate a high degree of understanding throughout their life, it will eventually make it much simpler for them to deal with any circumstance that attempts to impede their movement forward. Despite the benefits of having understanding, it would be completely useless if you do not also incorporate gratitude into your life. Gratitude will assist you in comprehending that every opportunity is a blessing. This is because the universe has chosen you, out of all the people in the world, to be the beneficiary of this opportunity. All that is required of you is to make the most of the opportunity. Understanding helps people develop the ability to be grateful because it enables them to be content with where they are in life, preventing them from being resentful, jealous, or envious of the circumstances of others. To put this into perspective, understanding helps people develop the ability to be grateful. People will be able to focus on themselves and their circumstances and realize that everything could be worse. Now you may be wondering, "How can I develop this skill?" To hone this ability, try starting your day by listing all the blessings in your life. Things like being able to go to school, having the abilities to do your job, or even just being alive to face another day are examples of what we mean. All things are gifts from above, so cherish life, count your blessings, and start with yourself. Start with being grateful for what you contribute to the table, and then move on to things outside of yourself. One need only look to the heart to find true gratitude. Building one's integrity is the second most important thing one can do. You may be wondering, "What is integrity?" because it is a quality that doesn't get enough attention. Being truthful and having strong moral beliefs are qualities that are characterized by integrity. It entails maintaining uniformity in one's behavior, ideals, values, approaches, and evaluation criteria. A consistent person usually acts in accordance with their stated beliefs and ideals. Improving this skill is crucial since it is applicable in all areas of life, including dealing with relationships (individually and professionally), managing your own business, and bettering yourself. Integrity reveals your character to the world. People are more likely to believe what you say and do when you demonstrate integrity, and you are less likely to have positive outcomes in life when you lack it. For this reason, developing integrity is crucial for success; it benefits the individual and those around them. A common question is, "How can we build a better community?" Being a model of the change you wish to see in your community is the most effective means to bring about that change. Keep your word and carry out your plans as promised. People are more likely to put their faith in you and your resources when they see that you can help them achieve their goals. Consistently acting with integrity helps shape your character, and personality is something that remains unchanged no matter what challenges life throws at us. The development of this skill is, thus, vital and applicable in all aspects of life. Understanding your own character flaws is a wonderful way to enhance this skill. Assess your beliefs, behaviors, and values to see if they match your ideal life. Once you've done this, the next step is straightforward; simply establish consistency as a habit. The 21/90 rule states that if you are consistent, you will change into a different person. If you want to alter your lifestyle for good, it takes at least 90 days and 21 days to establish a habit. Finally, remember that patience is a virtue and an asset in any endeavor. Develop self-compassion, maintain focus on your objective, and disregard the time required for change to achieve your goal. Nothing worthwhile ever comes easily, but if you stick with it and don't give up, your dreams will come true. A successful individual should develop compassion as their third trait. A compassionate person feels sorry for others and wants to help. Having this skill is crucial when interacting with others, whether it's close friends and family or colleagues at work. Put yourself in another's shoes and see things from their perspective instead of doing nothing. Having this skill makes you a more effective leader, business owner, or somebody in a position of power since it enhances your capacity to manage other people's emotions. You benefit personally from practicing self-compassion since it ensures that you will never lack the internal will to achieve your goals. You will learn how to repair broken relationships and form new, loving ones as a result of this. Relationships and the people in them are all that really matter. Your professional and personal lives will both benefit from your ability to work well with others and form strong relationships with them. Being an encouragement to those around you is a wonderful first step in developing compassion. Always be the first to encourage others; it's a source of pride to see others making sense of life. As an additional practice, make an effort to treat everyone around you with the same degree of respect unless they demonstrate that they do not deserve it. Forgiving others when they mess up is the last way to be compassionate. Realizing that mistakes are a part of life and learning to forgive those who have harmed us is a powerful step toward developing compassion. Imagine the immense responsibility you would bear each time you made a mistake? It wouldn't be fun for you, so why wish it on someone else? Mistakes are inevitable when attempting to form any kind of connection with another person, as this is how individuals learn and develop. It is only right to be understanding and forgiving of others since there is no perfect person or thing. Developing all of these skills will improve you personally and change your life as you pursue success. The only things you'll need to succeed in this beautiful story we call life are patience and consistency as you work to develop these attributes. You must attain inner serenity and achievement before you can achieve success on the outside.
I still can't stop staring at this volleyball player, even though it's the ninth week of the semester. She is a delight to behold; she is tall and stunning, with lovely long, curly hair and an attractive, well-groomed body. We have been conversing amicably, but nothing major. It's as if we've been maintaining eye contact at the cafe all day, waiting for someone to initiate conversation. She's constantly on my mind all the time. Even though we haven't connected, she has begun to destroy my heart. I feel like I've stumbled across something far larger than myself. I couldn't bear to be so vulnerable until the emotions took control. I had to act quickly; I needed to do something. I've been obsessing over the specifics of my relocation for the past few days. After much thought, I settled on a strategy: approach her alone, be genuine, and try to understand her better. If she rejects my advances, I will have to face the harsh truth with this strategy. After what felt like an eternity, she finally got around to playing volleyball and ended up winning. I was waiting the entire game to see her afterward so I could congratulate her on a fantastic performance. I had a difficult time concentrating on the game itself since I was too distracted by her stunning beauty. Regardless, I patiently await her preparation and, with her teammates, assist in cleaning up the gym before the big time arrives. As she made her way to her car, always parked next to mine, I realized it was the perfect moment for me to intervene. At last I spoke up and told her, "Hey, you played really well in that game." She said, "Oh, thank you," while attempting to remain calm. Finally, I spoke up and asked, "Hey, I know we haven't spent much time together, but would you be up for getting some food?" "That sounds awesome! She said she'd go out for food with you. My expression became more excited as we locked eyes for a moment. At last, I raised my voice and said, "Well, I'll be heading out." Would you mind giving me your number so I can let you know when we can go?" After she entered her number into my phone, we said our goodbyes and went our separate ways. What I've learned from this is that you should never be afraid to seize opportunities; instead, you should always go for your dreams.
Journal Entry: The Reality of the World My vision has dimmed, leaving me ensnared in the darkness. This dread has crept into my body on a daily basis since I've lived in this world. I feel a boiling pot of rage and fury within me, yet my mind is completely distraught. My sense of self, my purpose in life, and the legacy I aspire to leave behind have all evolved since the days when I felt secure in my identity. Despite the heat of the day and the chill of night, through the despair of loss, death, and grief and the thrill of temporary triumphs. When I'm by myself on this desolate planet, I also wonder why I'm here. If my life lacks meaning, why should I continue to exist? As long as there's more shadow than light, why continue? Despite how long I've been here, why haven't I discovered my true calling? I've been in a lot of relationships, worked a lot of jobs, and achieved a lot, but I still feel hollow on the inside. The affection I once felt for those items seems to have faded. _ _ People throughout the world have shattered my aspirations since I was a child, but I felt powerless to take action. Nobody listened to my cries for aid when I was at my lowest point. No matter how many times I begged for mercy, they would never spare me. Does love exist in people? As I've grappled with this reality, I've questioned myself. This truth has left me feeling both alone and powerless. The terrible reality is that we are born into this world alone, and we must leave it alone. With this knowledge and acceptance of this truth, I will journey through this evil planet, dreading each day of my existence until the day I die. My evil spirit, my vengeful heart, and my bewildered mind are like scabs that form around them minute by minute. This anguish is becoming too much for me to bear...
In the speech, I would say the meaning of life is a long life journey to figure out an individual’s purpose on this planet and to figure out what legacy an individual would want to leave. Purpose is a rather complicated concept that requires the individual to set lots of goals that lead to the bigger goal and for this individual to perform at their best constantly. Purpose is something that’s within all of us, it’s something the universe has blessed us internally in order to make us unique beautiful individuals in our own right. Through the journey of figuring out the purpose that has been bestowed upon you by the universe, you will begin to impact those around you in a positive manner which builds up the legacy of an individual. A person legacy is something that they would want to be remembered for after their soul has left the flesh so when you think about life remember these two questions: What is your purpose? What is your Legacy?
Now since we’ve gotten the internal meaning of life somewhat out of the way, what should we value on the outside of ourselves in this world? Is it the money? Is it the job we have? Is it the possessions we acquire? The main meaning of life outside of ourselves is to value the people we meet and the relationships we develop. People and relationships oversee everything else because without proper relationships there is no substance to what life has to offer to an individual. Life is more than money and possessions, you can have all of that and still not find the proper substance that life has to offer. Going through the ups and downs in life, the trials and tribulations with people, and the obstacles we might face while making it to our goals, is what makes life have so much more meaning behind it. Life is a beautiful gift that has been bestowed upon us, remember to always take advantage of the opportunity to continue to be the best version of yourself.
The Wife pulls into the driveway While pulling in she sees a familiar car The Wife finally gets into park Gets out of the vehicle and runs to the door
While emotions are high for the wife, she’s yet so broken. She’s slowly walking into the house, calling her husband’s name. “Michael, Michael, how could you?!” She says while sobbing frantically. While she’s crying and sobbing, all she sees is roses leading up to her bed and candles lit from down the hall towards her room. With each step, sadness dreads over her because the man she once loved and taken into the sanctuary of a marriage has now betrayed her. Eventually the wife has made her way to door of doom, while she opens up to see her husband wake up next to one of her old highschool friends. “Michael, Michael, how could you?” While she sobs. Michael wakes up Michael gets his clothes on while the mistress gets up and stares at the wife with a smile while saying: “I guess that’ll teach where her weakness is as a wife.” The wife looks up to Michael, while he came to coddle her and apologize. She asks; “ How could you ever value sexual desires over the love we established?” Michael puts his head down in shame and embarrassment, while replying: “ I don’t know how I could ever hurt you in such a embarrassing way, I wish things could be different.” He proceeds to say: “I’m sorry for being so hurt that I ended up hurting you, I didn’t want you to find out this way.”
