“Jack, there’s plenty of room on the door for you. Get on,” I yell. Jack shakes his head before climbing onto the door next to me and we start drifting. A few minutes later, the door could not hold us both and it capsized. The water is so cold and I float here wondering why didn’t I just listen to Jack when he said it wouldn’t hold us both.
