You are lying in the grass staring up at a multitude of stars in the night sky. Write a poem about what you imagine life on a distant planet to be like.
Future Friends
In a small town in Iowa a young boy lays in the grass looking at the stars. In school that day they had learned about the planet Vulcan and how they were a very logical race. “One day I hope to meet a Vulcan and become friends with them.”
