It’s not a choice

But trying again is

But it can’t exist

at the same time as anxiety

It’s not embarrassing

But you being strong

by letting the emotion out

Comfort

It’s sometimes hard to gain

But we take it for granted

when we do have it

Rain

It’s dark

But it brings the rainbow

right along with is

Forgiveness

It’s difficult

But don’t let your anger

hold you back

Life

It’s not easy

But it’s beautiful

all the same

So don’t be afraid to fail or to trust

Walk on the fear

Accept the peace that is waiting

Cry when you need to

Enjoy the comfort you have

Dance in the rain because you know what follows

Forgive and free yourself from resentment

And be grateful for the amazing life you have been given
