Bright sunshine day with no clouds in sight

Perfect day for happiness no dark in light

Garden flowers stretching their heads to see

What Mother Nature is bringing to us will be

First the calm and the ever coming silence of word

Our human first clue is the sudden tweet of bird

They hear it first before we do and fly far away

With its swirling dangerous winds blowing today

The storm sirens went off warning their needing call

Find shelter and a safe underground place to fall

Dogs and cats go down below in the cyclone cellar

With their humans behind them bringing old yeller

Once the safety latch was closed and secured really tight

We knew that we were safe thanks to all this windy night
