Each horizon

I am the traveller of many parts

You may find me in the sky,

Hanging on a star

As I learn to fly,

Or maybe drift

Like the body in the tide,

With its eyes set on the moon.

Each horizon is an invitation

To sail through space and time,

To see just a fraction

Of a world in its prime,

And walk its beaches

Past the one lover that cries

For the other born under Mars.
