Earthquakes no longer feel so foreign to my body,

Yet the world just carries on, calm and serene.

A tsunami happening inside of my body,

And people are unaware, it’s completely unseen.

There’s a thunderstorm beating inside of my head,

But life just carries on; day to day routine bore.

Tidal waves crashing side to side in my head,

This is what happens when you are not here anymore.
