The kindest and happiness of people are the ones with the most hurt inside

Feeling dead

Not trusting anyone

Hidden from the world

Locking everyone out

Helping others when they are down and sad

Wanting them to be ok

Making them tell you the truth and their feelings

But not telling them yours when they ask

Telling them what they need but when that advice is giving to you you reject it

Not letting someone get close

But failing

One had broken though

Gotten close to you

Wanting to tell them the truth

Wanting to finally tell someone the truth

Not having to bottle everything inside

Letting it all out

Bubbling over you give them a hint of the truth

They catch the scent and want to know it all

Not caring the pain inside

Wanting to be there for you

Wanting to help you like you’ve helped them

Revealing the emotions

Exposing yourself

Feeling naked when the words leave your mouth

Like your telling a secret never to be told

Tears falling to the floor

Evaporating as soon as it hits

Feeling the tension inside

Releasing everything bottled

Removing the mask

No more smile

Just pain and sadness

Letting it all out for the first time

To the one special person

Not wanting to loose them after spilling your guts

Hoping you have not scared them away

Needing them as a lifeline
