A poem for my dog, who died during the summer in 2023. I miss him everyday and I think I’m finally good to talk about him. It’s weird how people and things just leave. Just disappear. Without a goodbye 😢

I had to leave

The pain was too much

I thought I could bare it

But I couldn’t for long

I’m sorry

I loved them

With my whole heart

You’ll survive without me

I know it ❤️

He was sick

With cancer

He was fine

Few days before

But then it hit

Like a bus

At full speed

He was suffering

I could see it in his eyes

But he’s in a better place now

Life will never be the same without him

I love you always Bacca ❤️

No matter what
