POEM STARTER
Write a poem using multiple rhetorical questions, where the narrator is questioning their own judgement or viewpoint.
You could use the questions to make the reader think, or to show how doubtful the narrator is of their own stance.
People Force
(Not the prompt?)
Have you ever got asked
Do you want to do this?
But then forced to do it
It sucks
People force us to when we don’t
Sometimes it’s for a good thing
Sometimes messed up when you could do to at home
It just seems sometimes
They don’t care what you think
And want you to follow in their footsteps
Life is a messed place
And sometimes makes you feel like
You want to die
Cause when people don’t care about your thoughts and opinions
It seems like a little bit of us get a piece of us taken out
(Sorry if this is confusing a little bit, I just needed a place to rant)
