Adelia sighs as she starts loading the boxes into the U-Haul truck parked in the driveway.

“Adelia?” She turns to her little sister, Clover. Adelia smiles at the 14 year old beside her. “Yes Clover?”

She knows what’s coming… “do we have to leave?”

Adelia nods. It hurts to have to leave her beloved hometown… but, she can’t take it knowing her boyfriend is sleeping with her best friend Jada.

“I do…Keith messed things up… i don’t want to be in this small town anymore. I know, you don’t want to leave your friends… I’m sure you could live wi-“

“No.” Clover cuts her off “I want to live with you. I don’t want to be here without you.”
