It’s like nobody hears me

Me myself and I that’s how it is

Is it sad? Yes but You get used to it

It just hurts that they would hate me

If they knew

Knew of the fact that I am two people

People who very few will accept

Accept their differences and their pride

Pride which is tucked away beneath my skin

Skin so broken I appear a beast
