Usually when we think of fog, our minds come up with a daunting image. Try to make your story/poem beautiful.
Tenderness
Iām smiling into the tenderness
of a white, milky fog,
I know deep within me,
that things are not - and never will
the way I imagine them.
And still the fog is gentle,
just like your smile,
just like the way you watch
my quiet shyness.
At least in my mind,
at least in the fog.
