𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗥 (standing under a canopy outside a hospital while rain poured heavily around her joined by the sound of ambulance sirens in the distance.): Good morning. This is Linda Jones, reporting live from St Thomas’ hospital, where there has been a sudden increase in sickness and doctors are struggling to keep up with patient demand.

(Cut to inside the hospital. The whole area full of commotion as doctors and nurses hurried around, some stood by beds with patients, others trying to find where to go in order to help.)

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧: It’s just so stressful, we don’t know what’s happening. I have never seen it this busy before, the beds are all full and we are all trying to figure what this sickness is… it’s not something any of us have come across before today.

(An attending comes over and pulls the resident away sending them off to help a patient.)
