Describe a beautiful night scene with a particular focus on colours.

This may seem counter-intuitive, but try to come up with creative descriptions of the shades of night.

Looking out the window the stars are shining a very bright white light and on a dark ebony background. The moon is a bright giant ball of fire . I can also feel the cool air on my face. I can also see a bunch of fireflies dancing across the sky

I love the way you describe the night sky as a ‘dark, ebony background’. In regard to the last two sentences, you start both of them off with ‘I can also’. You might want to change that but otherwise this is a nice piece, especially with the metaphor. Also, remember to add commas when needed!
