Love And Anger.
Can love and anger really coincide with each other?
Yes, yes they can. Sometimes though, if you ask me, the anger is stronger than the love.
If you allow yourself to be angry and hate, you’re covering yourself from the best feeling in life, love.
You start to forget the beautiful qualities within yourself, like your sense of humour, your kindness, your loyalty and your dignity. If you allow the anger or rage to overtake you, it soon becomes angry on yourself.
You’ll find yourself looking in the mirror one day and suddenly, you’re saying “who the F are you?”
The thoughts start like this, soon they may end with “you’re so ugly, you’re mean and you are full of hate”
Once you let the anger overtake you, it’s hard to contain the rage. You start to spread your anger and wrath on others, and it spreads rather quickly.
What I’ve learnt though is that you need to love yourself, you need to love your body, your scars, your stretch marks and the fine hairs on your upper lip. You need to rock those curves, big or small, who cares? You are the owner of your body, you only walk those shoes and you have got yourself this far in your life.
We need to learn to be better mothers to ourselves, our body is a temple and you fuel it with hate the love starts to disappear. Be kind, be compassionate and be strong, not for them but for YOU.
Love diamond.
