It definitely wasn’t the person sitting at the other side of the table that was making this date suck. It sucked because all we could hear were people blowing their noses. Dates during the spring are the worst and apparently everyone in the cafe had seasonal allergies. My immune system being weak didn’t help my lack of comfortability here. It just paired perfectly with the orchestral music caused by people’s noses. I hoped my date was just as grossed out and as I looked over, he seemed so. “I think- we better relocate…”
