Write a poem that incorporates this question three times.

Cold And Gone
“What did you do?”
His breath shutters, choked.
His fingers trail away, distant.
His eyes so wide, scared.
“What did you do?”
I tell him, “Nothing!”.
But my hands are bloody, red.
I hide them behind my back, reaching.
“What did you do?”
His voice is so soft now, timid.
His eyes turn dull, cold.
My hands coated in his life, gone.
