"This journey is going to be epic!" Izzy exclaims, waddling on her short, uneven legs beside me.

"Journey?" Luke scoffs, "This isn't a journey kid, we're just lost kids, running away from war. We'll be lucky if we make it out of this 'journey' alive!"

Izzy shrinks back and whimpers. He's right, but I can't stand his negative behavior so I come up with sparky response.
