POEM STARTER
‘Where there once was softness, now all had turned to stone'

Castle Of Stone
The pebbles in my pockets turned to boulders
As I watched tree trunks freeze in time
When did my castle of broken dreams
Harden into stone?
I didn’t want to stay here
In this lonely fortress on the hill
But now that I embraced this empty
There is only alone
