Unknown Of Me
“What did you do?”
I morphed myself in something of your liking,
Polishing my dullness
And sanding my sharpness.
“What did you do?”
I changed my likings for you,
Pretending to enjoy the sun
When really I’d rather it rain.
“What did you do?”
I sacrificed my life
For you to turn and leave
Me in broken pieces, unknown of who I am.
