It’s really been hard to swallow

Everything that’s going on

I can’t help but over hear

The things that people say

They like to cus and also swear

They call each other names

I’m not sure what is going on

They have hidden things inside

From way back then

I know they are confused

It’s all the guilt they hide inside

They bring it out from fear

I do not even understand

What make them act this way

They sit around and twist and turn

They look and stare all crazy

Is it guilt or something else

There keeping secrets hidden

I just think they’re full of guilt

It’s hard for them to swallow

I could be wrong or maybe right

It’s lots of time just wasted

Living in the past will keep you trapped

It’s time that you move forward
