The family in the car didn’t know what hit them. Seeing as they didn’t hit anything. Or unseeing, I guess. I hadn’t been paying attention and being in the middle of the road while being invisible is a horrible idea. Using my gift (curse) is always dangerous. Being able to turn invisible has its perks. But pro tip, never walk in the road. I think my leg is broken but I can’t move or become visible till the family leaves so they don’t all die of shock. I mean maybe they already have. Hitting something invisible is always pretty strange.
