Watching the tide fall away

Watching the fishy’s swimming the bay

You look at me with pure dismay

As you tell me the story of the day

Watching me cry as the fishy’s swim by

Saying your sorry for not passing her by

Watching you cry as I tell you good bye

You look at me with words on your lips

Sorry for kissing her hips

Watching me as I split your lips

Had enough of these disdainful words

And as the waves return to sea

So the words give way to silence.
