It was a cool fall evening, the sun on the horizon, the water rippling, calmly. The couple were sitting far in the distance, on a rocky hillside, near the water. The area was very secluded, nobody was in sight except them. “Honey, look at the light on the boat!” The man grinned, pointing at the light in the distance, hovering over the water. The lady smiled, snugging closer to him. As they stared at the light, it started separating into two’s, then four’s, then several. The couple looked at the separating lights, in terror. A few moments later, they heard of what sounded like beating drums. They looked around but saw no one. The beats continued until they heard whooshing of helicopters flying overhead. It was so loud, they couldn’t hear each other speaking. The odd thing about it was, there was no wind or helicopters anywhere. The couple stared at each other in utter shock and horror. As they looked up, they saw nothing but the beautiful sunset sky. “We gotta get out of here-“ The man said, grabbing his fiancée’s hand and running off with her. As they both ran off, the man looked behind him, seeing a silhouette of a four legged creature walking out of the water. It wasn’t a horse, or any animal of the sort. It had a very long, rectangular shaped snout. As the twosomes hopped into the car, they saw an old woman, looking out into the distance. The man looked at his watch. It was almost 11:00 at night and they got there around 8:00. Where had the time gone….?
