Scary. Silence scares me. I’m a person who loves to speak whether about emotions, thoughts, opinions, point is I always find a reason to speak. So when there’s silence I always assume something is wrong. Silence is only good when your on the beach listening to the waves or enjoying meditation but still, it’s scary. Silence is never silence when your mind never seems to shut down. Even in silence, my mind is speaking volumes, thinking about all sorts of things in no way still. Which is why when I think of silence it’s scary.
