A sacrifice. That’s what the beast requires to satisfy its hunger.

I wrote it to be deep, the only thing that can kill the beast is a sacrifice, no two ways around it.

Can’t be stabbed.

Can’t be set alight.

Can’t be drowned.

Can’t be blown up.

Can’t be shot or anything of the sort.

You have to give it what it wants and it’ll disappear.

These characters - sorry these people; they don’t know that.

And I can’t sacrifice them, not now I’ve met them. As their creator it’s my duty and my responsibility to care for them.

So I must be the sacrifice.
