Anger

Sadness

I feel them both

Sometimes I’ll cry

While yelling at someone I loathe

Maybe I want to be alone

And sit with my sadness

Or maybe I need to yell

And keep it inside less

Scream at someone or silently cry

It’s hard to decide

Perhaps I won’t show you my feelings

If I know that you lied

Anger and sadness

Let them both out

Maybe you just need weep alone

Or angrily scream and shout
