STORY STARTER
A character becomes increasingly convinced that their new neighbour is involved in something sinister, but they can't prove it...
Suspicions
Boxes pile in the front yard of my new neighbor’s house, the boxes aren’t normal sized though, they are giant, not like one that could fit a chair, but more of a monster. When I first met the new neighbors, the seemed nice enough, but every noises came from the boxes in there yard, and I became suspicious.
“Err… grr…” the noise was coming from the boxes. I climb into my bed and begin to think . . . ‘Are they really monsters and are hiding there friends in the boxes?’ ‘No, to illogical.’ I prowl around the house looking for something to use for spying when I spot it, an open door. Quickly, I sneak through the door without being spotted, and head for the neighbor’s house. I hear barking from inside and become even more stealthy, you know, because dogs hate cats. I sniff the boxes for unusual smells, but they just smell of plastic and paper.
Suddenly, I spot the neighbor’s door swinging open and a large man head for me. I duck behind a bush and wait to see something horrifying. Instead, I see extremely large and slightly demonic looking Halloween decorations. Sighing, I head back for my house when I see a giant dog looming around my yard, watching my kid. All of the sudden, it lunges forward and tugs the youngest child to the ground and the older one kicks it. I leap onto the dog and claw at it. It yowls and runs towards the neighbor’s house. “I knew something evil was going on, good thing I was hear to stop it.” I meow proudly to myself.
