Ashley walked into the restaurant and headed straight for the back. She looked like she was hiding something. ”Hi Ashley! How are you today?” I asked. No response. I follow her in the back, she turns on her heels to face me. I see her eyes that her chef hat was covering, they were glowing green. “Ashley, are you okay?” I asked. No response. She turns back around and goes to the grill. She opens the lid of her water bottle she has been holding the whole time. I stand there and watch. She drinks so aggressively, she pours some on herself. I stay there shocked. What kind of food dye is this? The water is glowing green, just like her eyes. I walk over there and take her hate off. She looks at me but her eyes aren’t green anymore, they’re blood red. I look into her eyes and see my greatest fear.

Someone shakes me awake.

“Ashley, Ashley, are you awake?” A stranger asks. I nod.

“Where am I? And who are you?” I demand.

“Your in the hospital,” he says looking at me with horror in his eyes,” and I am the waiter you work with, Dylan.”

“What happened?” I ask still feeling woozy.

“You collapsed at the restaurant you’ve been in a coma for 8 hours.” I sit up shocked. Then I lay back down because my head feels like it’s going to burst. The only thing I remember is…

“I know what happened to me!” I call out.
