Caden shoved Marcus back. “Leave it be.”

Marcus rolled his eyes , “again. Its not your problem. Dont shove in.” Isaac had been pulled away by his girlfriend.

“Its your problem so why is she apart of it?”

While they argued i stood there and waited for a teacher to appear. A hall teacher saw them arguing and sent them back to class.

Cadens eyes scanned my body for injuries.

“Are you ok? He didnt hurt you did he?” His hands reached mine and I shook my head.

“I need to go to the restroom.”

I walked off but i tugged Cadens shirt to follow me.

I pulled him into the auditorium.

“Whats wrong? You look upse-“

“I finished my work early. And my teacher just took points off of my assignments for finishing them early. “

Caden saw me and stayed to listen. He noticed i hadnt finished so he nodded to let me continue.

“And i was really upset, so i walked into the hall to look for you and they began teasing me for getting in trouble. Then that whole scene happened.”

Caden tilted his head, a gentle smile grew.

“What?” I blushed.

“You look really beautiful today.”

I thanked him, stuttering.

“But, what that teacher did was wrong. Next time finish up the work early, just dont turn it in till the due date. Ok?”

I nodded and he kissed me. “ lets get you back to class”

He took my hand and walked with me to class.

Before we walked in i tugged his hand.

“Yeah?” He looked at me putting his back to the door.

“Im sorry. I know you want to tell people about us. And it would help you stand up for me. I just dont want to…i dont want you to get laughed at for it.”

“Its ok. I understand. And, dont worry about me. If I get laughed at for dating a wonderful girl, who am i to care. Ive already got you.”

I smiled softly. “We can be open about our relationship then.”

The largest grin ever spread on his face. He granbed my arms and pulled me into a hug.

“Thank you.”

“Your welcome.”

I kissed his cheek and we split our ways.
