Pressure like a volcano

You all depend on me

The loneliness you’ll never know

It’s not safe for you to see

I take a long journey and it’s only by myself

To feel a hand to feel a hug that is what I want

The only thing I have it’s the raging heat itself

To be studied by any and all the worlds savant

I gaze down at the world below filled with connection

I want some I want some but I’m miles away from any

Is it hard to understand that the sun wants some affection

There are other stars around but they are tasked with plenty

Until then it’s just me

Still wanting some

Until the I’ll just be

A very lonely sun
