The mirrors in my mind

Reflect my thoughts

It’s easy to get lost

When I can’t find the true side

The mirrors in my mind

Remind me of the times

Always reflecting the past

Even if I wish they would cast

The mirrors in my mind

Are keeping me awake

And they won’t stop

Sometimes I wish an earthquake

Would come along and shatter them

Taking me along with them

If they shattered I would die

And I think that would be alright
