Starring up at the stars

The night blacker then most

Small dots of light millions of miles away

Yet we wonder

I beg

That somewhere out there

On a plane of beautiful grass and flowers

He’s waiting, for her

Not the imperfect one

That life caused

But the soul version

As the galaxies roll past

A smile becomes eternity

When their eyes meet

Sparks of a suns destruction

Gone are the days of old skin

Aches and pains

Faltering health

Life slipping on a string

Memories holding the world together

I hope they embrace warmly

Timeless love flowing through them both

The universe magnified by their souls

A single dance flowing along the either

Hopefully it’s the will of the universe

To just let them enjoy eternity together
