I listen to wonderful melodies

Every morning from sunrise to sunset

It’s like it’s my very own remedy

Although to therapists, it is a threat

The soulful sounds will comfort me to sleep

And allow me to awaken tranquil

Drowning in music, you won’t hear a peep

The peace doesn’t last forever yet still

All around the world are various tunes

Sad tunes, happy tunes put into a song

Those who don’t listen to music are prunes

‘Cus songs, give people a place to belong

I love music and I’m sure you do too

So embrace its beauty and start anew
