While on his daily beat patrolman Stevens gets a call over the radio about a gymbag that was left outside the bruick built holding cells that barely broke grass line of the federal court building. Patrolman Stevens reasponded. Stevens responded and as he approached the black duffle bag he could hear a beeping that seemed to be going off every second. Stevens slowly unzipped the bag very slowly and as it opened slowly opened Stevens noticed a homemade bomb just like the onne the terrorists used in the Boston marathon bombing except with not using a cellphone as a trigger it had a clock counting down. By the time Stevens had the bag open the timer was down to :15 and still counting down. With all the commotion created a crowd and tthe bomb squad was too far away, it was time to run. Turns out that there was the leader of a gang being held in the courts holding cell and he ordered his shot-caller to get him out of there and they came up with this devious plan. Luckily the alarm clock trigger failed and the bomb never went off and the leader made his arraignment which led to a lifetime of rotting in a maximum security prison.
