Of all the reasons to kill, that’s the only rational one I can imagine. If you kill to save a life or to save someone from an experience that will ruin their life, it should be more than allowed.” Ashley said this as he was participating in an interview where he’s asked exactly what makes the crime he’s done okay. Unlike most people in jail or prison, he knows he isn’t innocent; and neither are the people he’s killed but that’s what matters. The interviewer sighed and jotted some notes down with her legs crossed. She had a look of mixed disgust and annoyance of the way Ash thought of killing. “You don’t agree…” He said a bit under his breath.

“No of course I don’t. It’s very difficult to empathize or really understand although I’m trying.”
