Research Of Planet Snowka
I heard a loud “CLANG!” as we landed. I picked up my baby bunwolf (bunny+wolf) and ran to get my red uniform on. As I walked outside I saw a large crack in the ship. This new planet looked interesting. “Hey, Moonwolf, can you go get us some breakfast?” One of the workers said “Ok!” I said. I ran to get some angel slices (They are the BEST) and I grabbed one for myself. I also got some milk for Moonstar (my bunwolf) I put the angel slices on a table by their work area. I rushed back to my room and put on my silvery blue coat.
I ate my own angel slice and gave Moonstar her milk. Then, I walked out of my room and asked the commander what my task was.
He said, “Research the animals on this odd new planet.” I said, “Ok Commander.” very formally.
Day One
I am studying a rabbit-like otter. The one I am researching looks very white with a brown tail, I think she is a female. Her mate is more gray but with a rainbow of color on his underbelly. I believe the female is pregnant.
Day Two
I have looked into it, and the female is pregnant! I named the female Skya and the male Rainlight. I noticed they keep coming back to a dam-like thing in the river. I think they are omnivores.
Day Three
Their predators are large catfish that occupy the shallows of the river. Skya has gone into labor! Tomorrow I will meet some babies! Rainlight seems to be the only one scavenging now. Skya has not left the dam.
Day Four
There are three new babies. Two girls and one boy. The oldest is the boy, he looks a lot like his Dad but has his Mom’s tail. The oldest girl is a perfect mixture of her Mom and Dad, gray mostly with rainbows all over her tail. The youngest is smaller and all white with two greenish spots over her eyes.
Day Five
I will name the boy Borealis, the gray girl will be Rainsky, and the littlest Dew. Dew keeps on running to one corner of their dam and hiding while Rainsky looks for her.
Day Six
I have been told to take one and leave. I will take Dew. I really hope these aren’t aggressive creatures!
Day Seven
I took Dew yesterday and today I will leave.
