Fog is misunderstood

Judged only by it’s appearance

Many people say that it’s scary

Cold

Dark

I believe the opposite

I think fog is beautiful

Fog stretches and blurs the sunrise in a beautiful canvas of color

Fog allow you to feel lost

Like your in an enchanted forest

Fog is like a magic cloak

It shields you from the outside world

For when you allow yourself to get lost in the fog

It allows you to embrace yourself as a whole

It’s beautiful in the night as well

Concealing wonders and delight

Perhaps a family of owls are taking their first flight

Or maybe there are floating lights

Hanging high in the trees

And they seem to look like fireflies

Floating in the coolness of the eve

Fog is misunderstood

Just like anything else here on Earth

You need to shift your perspective
