“This could be our last chance. Why don’t we just take it?”, I pleaded with him.

“Because you know why. If we take this, it means our lives moving forward won’t be the same. You remember what the price is don’t you ?”, he pressures me.

“Yes I do remember. But if this is how we survive, then I’m willing to pay that price. If it means we get to be together, don’t you want that too ?”, I ask him wholeheartedly.

With just one look I had him right where I wanted him. He would have done anything that I asked of him. Because he loved me,and I him. He did everything I asked him to, even this. He loved me so much he damned himself alongside me to an eternity of being a murderous vampire. This really was our last chance.
