He shuddered to himself
Disgust and fear
On his face it was clear

She cried in pain
I tried to control it
But it was all in vain
I had scared the ones I loved
When all I wanted was to shed some blood
The scars left terror, pain, and sadness
And now all I want
Is to so desperately end this
