POEM STARTER
Write 'a gram of &s' poem about any topic you like.
Each line of a 'gram of &s' ends in a word that can be spelt from the title of the poem. The title must be a single word. This may be tricky, but will encourage you to choose words carefully!
Addiction
It took a day to ignite,
Now I can’t handle my nights,
Where are you now?
I can’t help but chase,
Without you I ache,
You’re letting me down.
Euphoria hits deep,
You do before you think,
You’re a nine in the clouds.
You just need a taste,
It always leaves a trace,
You’ll let yourself drown.
One more time and it’s over,
I’m just looking for closure,
To get rid of the doubt.
Is this just a chapter?
Is there an after?
