I know some of us have grown up to fast

To where there’s not much fun in childhood pasts

I know this because I am one

And I wish I had a little fun

But now when I look back

I just imagine what I could’ve had if I

Didn’t spend all my time trying

To be enough

Laughing insults off

Talking to adults instead of kids my age

I would try to be tough

So I would be one people looked up to

Now where has it lead me in this world misery?
