Where am I? How did I get here?

I hear white noise ringing in my ears

I am in an abyss of nowhere

Is this Heaven? Maybe it’s Hell? I don’t think it’s either.I’m lost in my mind to nothingness. i’m walking, turning, spinning round and round.All I see, is a mirrored reflection of me. Have I lost my mind?

I hear a voice, I feel something on my chest. The voice is saying get the paddles. Paddles?

What does that mean? I hear the word CLEAR. Not once, not twice but 3 times.For one short second ,I see a man.He had on hospital white scrubs I felt the sweat from his forehead sporadically dripping on my body.Before I emerged back to darkness , a voice calls out and replies.Time of death 4:44 AM.
